“After a fall I realised my mother needed immediate care at home. I contacted Classic Care which is based in my home village of Exminster. The coordinator set up a meeting with me that same evening and started the care herself that evening and has continued to provide twice-a-day, 3 times a day weekends since. There is a consistency of carers so my mum knows who is coming and they are all extremely courteous caring and professional. It has given me enormous peace of mind. The coordinator is approachable and responsive. I thoroughly recommend them.”

The lead carer made every effort to understand my mother as an individual and meet her needs accordingly, often going above and beyond and coming up with ideas to keep her happy, as well as looked after physically. The lead carer ensured that all information was shared with the other members of the team who make up Mum’s care team.
